What are the dress codes?

Four labels from most relaxed to most formal: Easy, Polished, Cocktail and Formal. They tell you where a dress fits best, so you can shop by the kind of event you have.

How long will delivery take?

11 to 17 business days in total: 3–5 business days to prepare and 8–12 business days in transit from our partner warehouse in China.

I need a dress for a specific date. What should I do?

Count back 17 business days from your event and order before then. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a weekend or holiday, begin the next business day.

What does shipping cost?

A flat $7.95. Once your total reaches $60 after any discount code, shipping costs nothing.

Will I owe customs fees or sales tax?

No. Import duties are included in our prices, and sales tax is not added at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

Any street address or P.O. Box in the lower 48 states or Washington, D.C. (P.O. Boxes travel by USPS). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are outside our delivery area.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 24 hours of ordering, email support@vantoriak.com and we will cancel it; you can then place a new order with the changes. After 24 hours the order is already being packed.

How do I return something?

Start by emailing support@vantoriak.com no later than 30 days after delivery. We reply with a prepaid label, and nothing is deducted as a restocking fee. Expect the refund 5–7 business days after the parcel arrives back with us, then allow 3–10 business days for your bank.
